Review the following questions and write down your answers in your own Course Workbook (found in the Materials section).
- Review: List a major strength in each of the of D I S and C personalities that you find attractive:
- Reflect: What D I S or C tendencies in your style do you think people appreciate the most? What tendencies in your style are sometimes difficult for some of the significant people in your life?
- Respond: Do you think it is possible to only have strengths with no weaknesses? What strength do people close to you have that you really need?
- Resolve: Decide today not to label people in a negative way. Be intentional to see yourself and others as people having both strengths and often corresponding weaknesses.
