The people who are in power does acting rather than action. They don’t walk the talk, they just talk. They don’t treat everyone equally.
Best way to Eliminate hypocrisy
1. Try to follow Jesus preaching in their life
2. Treat everyone equally
3. Action that creates pain for you, create pain for others also. -
People of other belief systems, they tend to form an opinion even before they hear the gospel because of Hypocrisy in the church. I mean to dismiss or disagree even before listening and weighing in and the chasm in the mind is created though not incorrectly often. The best way to deal with it is to be honest with ourselves and humble ourselves before God. ‘Holier than thou’ is pride in subtlety and a sure road to deception. Hypocrisy can be overcome when we let the Holy Scriptures to search our hearts and humbly seek the help of the Holy Spirit.

I have seen a previous church that I belonged to actually ask a homeless person to leave the mass because it makes people uncomfortable, the church needs to focus on practicing what it preaches per se

Leaders giving a nod and a wink at sin in their own lives and in the lives of their congregation. Eliminating hypocrisy in the church is difficult and messy. Sometimes we must do hard things. I have a friend in a third-world country who while he was a youth had his legs crushed in a terrible accident. The doctors believed they had to amputate both legs in order to save his life. A difficult decision. Maybe dealing with deep-rooted sin in the church is like that. Sometimes it is downright horrific to deal with it biblically but avoiding it can bring spiritual death.

Hypocrisy is in many walks of life including the Church. There are many cases which I am sure many would be able to list. But as Christians we should do as Jesus did. The fruits of the Spirit should be seen in each of us each and every day. Not the results of the sinful nature. Best way to eliminate it from Church, I do not think you can, as each Christian is an individual in Christ and at different stages of growth as a Christian. We all need to put Jesus first before all else.
