Through the Holy Spirit we are able to fellowship with God in unity and love with other believers. Through the Holy Spirit we are able to communicate with God through prayer.

When I pray, I communicate directly do God my gratefulness, my inadequacy, my fears, my doubts, and my joy among other things. Fellowship is communication with other believers. I think it is absolutely necessary for Christ-followers to be in community with other believers. The Church is the body of Christ and we should be building each other up and encouraging one another to love and good deeds regularly.
