And yet, few rational people doubt that Julius Caesar had lived or the age at which Alexander died. Why? They believed the evidence, scant though it might be!

My attempt proved to be a futile one however. When I thought I found a contradiction, further investigation proved me wrong.
Since I’ve been born again, I personally have not doubted because I’ve read many writings concerning archeological evidence that proves the veracity of the Bible. Some were fairly recent too! When I read the Bible (approx 4 times) I find it fascinating the harmony that is written over a period of over a thousand years. There are 66 books and 40 authors that all seem to be telling a miraculous story of creation, the fall and sin, redemption and salvation. It is truly a book that IMHO is inspired by the Holy Spirit. I constantly find pearls, gems, nuggets of gold whenever I read God’s Word. Seems like the more I read His Word, the more He reveals to me. I always seem to catch something that I missed the first 4 times I’ve read it.

I even wondered more when I learnt that the Christian Bible and Catholic Bible is not the same. I doubted that is the Bible really God’s word and is it really infallible. Thus I try to dive more into it and the more I do the more clear the answer is. I still have many questions to ask and many more needed to be lighten by the Holly Spirit but one thing I know for sure is that the more I ask, the firmer my faith.
