To learn to live by God’s teachings, to know God better, to prepare for a vocational ministry and to become more effective in sharing my faith.
I want to be able to correctly interpret God’s word and apply it to my daily living. I want to have a better understanding of God’s character. I would also like to be better equipped for whatever ministry opportunities open up for me. My overall goal for studying the Bible is to have a better understanding of God’s word, to rightly divide the word of truth, to walk closer to God and to be able to share the hope that lies within me with the lost souls God leads me to.

I first took this course as a requirement for a leadership course I took. I have since graduated and am now teaching a leadership class which requires the students to take this. My overall goal for wanting to study the Bible is to know God and to be transformed by the washing of the Word.

I have identified : To learn to know God better, to learn to live by God’s teaching as my reasons for taking this course.

My reason for selecting those topic is because since being a Christian for some years now and have been reading the bible with help of bible study groups , I am still in the process of learning to understand more of who God is and to apply his teaching and truth as I live my life.

My overall goal is to know more of God, his words and to apply it to my life. I will persevere in studying and understanding the Bible by spending more time reading and seeking out as much help as I can from differnet sources .
