I prefer the epistles. I enjoy reading the letters to the various churches of the times.
The difficulting of interpreting the apocalyptic genre is frustrating to me.

I enjoy the prophetic, parable and poetry genres best. I find these interesting and engaging. The narrative seems to drag on at times, so I guess that’s the one I enjoy reading the least.

i honestely did not know until today that there are 6 genres, so i cannot say i have a favorite. I will say my least favorite is the Apocalypse , basically due to a lack of proper understanding. Hence this course

I prefer the beautiful poetry because they speak of God’s splendor. I have a harder time reading the apocalypse because it frightens me and I don’t understand the imagery and symbolism.
