My list has changed depending on my season of life, and I would imagine this would be different in various cultures. Some cultures place great importance on academics and social status, which can be distractions.

Before the pandemic, I was busy in church activities, ministry, family, and work everyday mentally and/or physically. I had a hard time saying, No. Trying to be everything to all people was very stressful. The list changed depending on the times in my life. I don’t know about other cultures.
