4. Provide instruction for a specific role or command -
All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness, so that we may be equipped for every good work.

4) All scripture is profitable for instruction in righteousness.In order to apply these truths to our lives we must believe that all scripture is given by inspiration of God.
