Jesus came to save us from ourselves, and to allow us to be reborn again.

There was not a lot of new content for me. However, I was reminded of the importance of discipleship and becoming more like Jesus.

I am not a patient person. Realizing that things happen in God’s time as opposed to mine wasn’t necessarily new, but a needed reminder. I have struggled in the past with trying to fill myself with things of this world, not realizing that I was really needing God. I just didn’t know how to begin my relationship.

Nothing new, necessarily. Just a refresher on what I’ve known to be true since the day I accepted Jesus as my Lord and savior.
