I learned that in order to have a closer relationship we need to have some basic understanding our of Christian journey. We need to understand not only what it is but why we are taking the journey.

I’m never too old to grow in the Lord, even from spiritual basics. We have a world of people around us who are dying to hear the good news. Keep it simple as we share. Reading God’s word will rekindle the fire to want to share his love.

One of the insights I learned from this lesson was the three movements of the Bible’s grand story. I guess I never heard that before. It’s a great way to look at the Bible.
