What results have you seen in your life or in the lives of others from united prayer?

I’ve seen people being healed, problems solved but most of all I have seen God at work answering prayers.

I recently began a new job where my supervisor did not know how to talk to people. Many new employees quit after working a couple of days. My united prayer warriors began praying for him and now, even other co-workers have seen the change in him. God will transform hearts.

What we had prayed for others happens in a way that is more better than I had hope for him.

Serving the local church means helping the body of Christ as a way to glorify God. When somebody prays for me for my role in serving the church, I feel strengthened and inspired to take up the challenge. I’m willing to go a further mile to ensure that I could perform better based on the spiritual gifts that I receive.

I was very fortunate to be involved in a group prayer for my father who has cancer. I was sceptical at first and a bit of a ‘doubting Thomas’ as I was very new to Christianity – there was an amazing improvement in his health in such a short time I was so grateful and amazed at the power of prayer and now I am totally committed to God and the Christian way of life.
