For me the best time would be to get up before Kristin and have my cup of coffee and my quiet time but I am unsure if that is practical . On the weekends it would be while she naps.

I do it in my living room, my sitting room or on my front porch after everyone has have left for work that day

The ideal time is early morning (4:30-5 AM). This time is good because of the quietness of my surroundings.
