Like Joshua, we can review God’s faithfulness in our past challenges and move forward in confidence as we trust him to walk before us and with us. -

We can apply this by trying to be the same as Joshua and encourage others to do so. Sometimes we can forget who has brought us to the point we are at, we can forget God’s promises to us. We need to be confident in the fact that God’s got us. We need to be obedient, faithful, and trust in God. -

Joshua was obedient during all the stages (before, during, and after) of God fulfilling His promises. It was promised by God that Joshua would take control of the promised land. Throughout the entire journey, Joshua stuck with God and His plan.
