What was the secret of Joshua’s success? How can that secret be applied today?

The secret to Joshua’s success I believe started with him not living in fear. When 10 or the 12 spies feared the people and would not posses the land of promise, Joshua and Kaleb Said they were well able to posses the land God given them. From then on out Joshua and his people were blessed by Obedience. For the word says obedience is better than sacrifice.
Today God gives us that same offer. By obedience we receive the Holy Ghost which is the spirit of truth that will take us all the way to the land of promise which is the new earth -
Joshua devoutely obeyed the Lord – He was a man with a strong faith who didn’t sway to the right or the left – He stayed on the path and Loved God and was obedient to Him. Not just him but his whole family. (As for me and my house …… we will serve the Lord).

Joshua had faith in God, even when facing adversity. He believed that He could do what He promised. God blessed him because of it.
We can have the same faith today when we face the storms of life. -
The purpose of this book is to show God keeps His promises. Just like back then, He keeps His promises today. We may have to wait for His time, but in His time He will keep His promises!

Joshua’s success came from his obedience to the Lord. Obedience is always a better choice than disobedience. We can apply obedience in our walk with the Lord.
