Who do you know that has prayed for something or someone for years and is still praying?

My Close friend and myself have prayed for and is still praying for her husband’s Salvation, for him to read and understand the Bible and to accept Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior for some years now. We have been noticing some good changes. We can now follow the examples given in scriptures by Elijah to never stop persevering in prayer and doing our part as God wants us to do. The example from the the widow to be persistent, and from Mr Mueller to keep praying humbly and boldly and never give up.

A friend of mine has been praying for many years that her husband would get saved.

I have been praying for many years that my unsaved children repent and make Jesus their Lord and Savior. My oldest child is 56 years old and my youngest is 48. I still include them in my daily prayers.

A tall order- yet l think realistically a sincere, loving Christian woman dedicated to a life commitment are the top priorities.
In our present society, he’s finding it challenging- but I think God Will Provide. -
I’ve prayed for a certain breakthrough for years and am still waiting. I’ve learned in these lessons that I must continue in prayer, draw closer to God, and wait with Him and not wait on Him.
