Deleted User09/24/2021 at 19:06I’m learning (sometimes slowly) that getting myself out of the way and letting God move things that I could not, and then following in obedience to the call of ministry and teaching and everything seems to fall into place.

Deleted User08/23/2021 at 08:09The gifts I possess that can be used to serve the Lord is cooking and meeting people. I serve on the Greeters/Hospitality Ministry at church. I love it. I love meeting people and hearing their stories, putting a smile on their faces, giving them a warm hug or wave, showing love and concern for whatever they are going through. I love to cook. I have cooked for others when they are not able to cook for themselves.

Paul’s background strengthened his testimony and showed people that anyone could “leave their past behind” and become a follower of Christ. No matter how troubled one might be, they can turn turn those problems into a deep passion for Jesus Christ. Paul also had the advantage of being well versed in both the Jewish and Gentile cultures.

Deleted User09/24/2021 at 18:51He was well educated in Hebrew Scripture and Law giving him an advantage as to how to respond to the Jewish leaders, and he had Roman citizenship that made it easier to spread the gospel throughout the area.
