I give thanks to you, oh God, for you are always faithful to me.
When I feel weak and lonely, you are always with me. Your amazing peace fills and guards my heart and mind.
When I feel unsure about what is happening in my life, I can always cast my worries to you. Then Your amazing peace fills and guards my heart and mind.
When I feel disappointed with myself, people, and happenings in my life, I can always look up to you and call on your name. Then your amazing peace fills my heart and mind.
I give thanks to you, oh God, for you are always faithful to me. (A psalm of thanksgiving and trust)

I have chosen to write a Psalm in the style of a hymn, specifically a creator hymn:
Praise be to the Lord our God,
the maker of the Earth and all of its inhabitants!
You have crowned creation with your glory
and placed the breath of life into all beings.
From the very first words from your lips,
you spoke the heavens and the Earth into being.
No one can suppress the majesty and truth of your good work.
Praise be to the Lord our God, the creator and lover of our souls! -
Oh God, You know the difficulties I face.
You know the feelings of my heart. The
Fears I face at times are overwhelming.
But You, My God, My Savior and My Lord
You know ALL things and are over ALL things.
I praise You and thank You because You work ALL
Things for good for those who love you!(Psalm of Thanksgiving- with lament at the beginning.)
