I tried to explain why I believe it is the true word of God but did not feel well equipped to give a good answer as I’m still a fairly new believer. I fully accepted Christ about 9 months ago. Am taking this course (in addition to praying to Christ for wisdom) to help prepare me with a true and humble response should I find myself in this situation again.

Not of it was the angry woman simply showing her point of view, no debate was possible. At the end the evangelist said ….” you may be right, there may not be a GOD or heaven! If your right I will never know but if I’m right and hell is real, you will never forget!
The person I was defending myself too became suddenly silent, paused a while and walked away. -

He said your right. Our bodies an mines are to unique to have just turned from monkeys to men.

I served in the Royal Navy for 25 years and living as a Christian in a mess deck with lots of other sailors is a challenge in itself. There were times on deployment where I was sometimes challenged and asked about my faith. If the question was asked by one or two of my ship mates that was not always a problem , but if there were many in the mess at the time then sometimes it could get out of hand and sometimes many questions were asked that I could not answer .
