The phrase “You can lead but be an irrelevant leader” is something that strikes me. I pray that I will strive to be a relevant leader, a leader that leads and makes an impact.

The phrase “You can lead but be an irrelevant leader” is a powerful reminder that leadership is not just about holding a position of authority or guiding others—it’s about ensuring that your leadership is meaningful, impactful, and aligned with the needs of those you lead. It highlights the idea that, as a leader, you must remain relevant, connected, and adaptable to ensure that your guidance resonates with your team.
Learning from Saul’s leadership failures, I can improve my own leadership by ensuring that my actions align with core values, staying open to feedback, leading with humility and confidence, and avoiding insecurity. These lessons will help me remain a relevant and effective leader, one whose actions and decisions inspire trust and positive outcomes, rather than becoming disconnected and ineffective.

I am pleased with King David. He gave first place to God. When he was faced with problems, he enquired God alone. He admits his sin and mistakes and corrects them. Law of the Lord was the Law of the Nation too. Never consulted a media (witchcraft). He feared God and that gave him Wisdom. The law of the Lord was his light.
His judgements were Fairley good. Loved his children. Did not put his hand on God’s anointed person, King Soul, although God gave him in his hands.
Before every battle he enquired God and that lead him into victory.
He was just and all the people loved his Kingship.

WHEN YOU HAVE GOD’S HEART, YOU CAN ACHIEVE AMAZING THINGS.
As I lead people in different capacities, I want to get closer to God to understand how He wants to work in their lives through me. Having His heart will help me see people in His perspective and give me courage and grace to face and overcome the challenges that will be there.
