What obstacle do you struggle with when it comes to prayer?

I find myself struggling with all these obstacles from time to time. It seems like there is always a way for our flesh or advisory to come in on the attack that we are unprepared for. That’s why we need the full armor of God on paired with complete submission to the Father.

The obstacles that I struggles with when it comes to prayers are 1. A lack of faith at times and 2. Feelings of unworthy at times.

I believe that the biggest obstacle I face when it comes to prayer is getting busy. With having two young children at home, working a full-time job, and owning two small businesses it seems like my days are slammed pack. This is why before I do anything in the morning I wake up and have coffee with God while reading his word and doing Bible Studies.

Putting life in general aside and spending time in prayer.

I struggle with the obstacle of distractions. My mind wanders as I am praying for someone. For instance, if I am praying for a family who has lost a loved one, I think, I must send them a sympathy card. It is difficult for me to stay focused on the prayer itself.
