What obstacle do you struggle with when it comes to prayer?

Running or competing thoughts.

Being too busy and having idols in my heart are the two biggest obstacles for me.

I struggle with letting go of past sin. God has already forgiven me. I need to forgive me and move on because it has already been done for me by Jesus at the cross. When l struggle with letting go, l am giving too much credence to the sin and allowing it to take precedence over the forgiveness from the Lord for it and l see the error in this. Lord , please help me to move forward, Amen 🙏
