What new insights about the Holy Spirit have you learned from this study?

I forgot about the HS relationship to the church Q3. It is a dynamic that I forget about sometimes.

I learned that the Holy Spirit is the originator of the church and that He can help us live a righteous life.

Through my church and my studying of the Bible as well as the leadership of godly people I already knew these things about the Holy Spirit.

Prior to taking this course, what was your understanding of the Holy Spirit?

That He was part of the Trinity, that He worked in the hearts of sinners to bring them to God, that He works in the hearts of those saved to keep them on the right track and that He chastises the believer when he/she sins.

Prior to this course I understood the Holy Spirit as part of the trinity and that the spirit is always with us.

What is your understanding of the inspiration of the Bible?

God has claimed the Bible as His word – so He has protected it and guided it to be what it is today and to convey His truth.

My understanding of the inspiration of the Bible is that it provides encouragement and direction for an individual seeking to live a better life.

My understanding is that the Bible was written by man and inspired by God, therefore it is the true word of God because God cannot lie. its not in God’s character to lie.

Holy Spirit is the author of the Bible. It’s written by men inspired by the Holy Spirit in different places and over a period of time.
