In the beginning it can be exciting and enticing as new discoveries and commonalities are established. This is followed by a commitment and dedication to one another. A level of trust is built. Physical expression of love can be beautiful, natural and healthy in the confines of marriage.
The story line of Song of Solomon flows like a musical play where the King (Jesus) disguised as a Shepherd comes down to the level of a commoner, the Shulamite woman (like us or his church). They build a relationship, a yearning and trust. He like Christ is anxious to whisk away his beautiful bride. -
