Overview and Objectives

This is the fifth lesson in a five-part course that is designed to help you become an effective leader for Christ. In this lesson, Efrem Smith helps you steer toward effective leadership in multicultural communities.

• Describe effective leadership in multicultural communities.

As you proceed through this lesson have the following question in mind.
Give an example of how your church or ministry is meeting the needs of the people in your community. Who could you serve more? What steps could you take to serve a particular group more effectively?
