Seeing a person’s circumstances change is very rewarding.

It makes me feel closer to GOD and my heart rejoices

When praying for others or situations, I am blessed when I see the individual’s life /or situation change for the better. Especially when the prayer is for physical healing – to see the person’s health improve is a blessing – and my faith in God is strengthened.

Mix up how to keep track, not just a list.

For me, I currently keep a running list of people and situations that I pray for daily – this includes members of my immediate family. I do see the value of keeping a prayer journal. In this way, I can be more specific in my prayers and can record when the prayers are answered.

It’s not so much which idea I took from the lesson but I thought of taking sticky notes and leaving them on my wall next to my bed so that I can pray over them when I wake up each morning not out of ego but out of obedience and a desire to just talk to God each morning and bring people before God. I have not done it yet but I do sincerely plan on it. Pray for me that I do.

When I am aware that someone is praying for me, not only am I grateful, I also feel special (loved) knowing that individual (s) thought enough of me to intercede before God on my behalf. My mother prayed many a prayer for me and my siblings – and I am glad she did.

When I was younger I push down thoughts and feelings when I knew someone was praying for me as my father and grandmother always told me they did but in my older years I stopped running and remember that warm and thankful feeling that they did and continued to.

That would be quite a blessing to have an impact on someone’s life through my prayers.

It would build my faith between GOD and myself and be so encouraging between the person Im praying for and myself as well.

It would be a very, very, very large blessing.

If through my prayers, another person’s life or situation is changed – I would be so excited and deeply humbled, knowing God not only answered
my prayers but used me as a conduit of His love. -
I would be overwhelmed with joy, not from my ego or thinking my prayer or words is what brought the prayer to pass but just to know it helped someone with that prayer and God’s guidance in their lives.
